• If you are having issues sending over a multifocal product we need to make sure that in OfficeMate the ADD field is empty and doesn't read high, med, low (that is a numeric field in OfficeMate only) 
    • To add the powers to a product in OfficeMate, you will go to OfficeMate Admin > Product & Services > Contact Lenses and search for the product. Then double click on the product and go to Product Details. From there you will see a drop down (near where you enter pricing) that says Multifocal. You will select High then Save > Save > Copy. Next, you will select Low (under the multifocal section) > Save > Save. This will add the power options for you


  • If you get a configuration error:         
    • Check product parameters (BC, DIA, SPH, etc.). 




General “Officemate” Reference Issue when submitting an order – Check patient address! If there is missing info (such as zip code, state, etc) the order will not go through and Officemate is not able to provide a detailed error message explaining this.
