Can I order my private label products through CLX?
Yes, private label soft contact lenses can be ordered through CLX, as long as it is a soft contact lens that is not a made to order lens (MTO).

Can I order trial lenses in CLX?
Yes, you can order trial lenses in CLX.  You can use your Opticon scanner or place an order for patient trials. To see this in action, click here.

Will I be notified if a lens is on backorder?
Yes, backorders are listed on the CLX Dashboard in the “Order Status” section. For an ETA of a status please reach out to your CL distributor.
