Web store Patient View


Below is an example of what your patients will see when ordering contact lenses from your practice’s web store. Please note that this is a demo web store, and your web store will be branded with your practice’s logo.

On the main landing page, your patients will see a map with your practice location(s) listed with geo pins. Your patient can select the location they want to order from by clicking the ‘Order Contacts’ button, or clicking the geo pin on the map, and then clicking 'Order Contacts'. The patient also may click 'View Directions' from the geo pin pop-up to get directions to the practice location.

Once the location is selected, the patient will indicate whether they are a new or existing patient to your practice.

If the patient is new, they will need to provide their prescriber’s information, including the prescriber’s phone number, so the practice can verify that all the entered Rx information is correct.

 

If the patient is existing, they will still need to provide their information, however, a list of doctors from your practice will be provided.

 

 

Next, the patient will select the brand of contact lens they are in. The patient can select an image of the lens, or the patient can filter the list of contact lenses by brand, manufacturer, and/or lens type.

Once the patient selects the brand of lenses they wear, the patient will then enter the quantity they wish to order.

Once the patient selects the quantity, they can proceed by entering in their Rx parameters.

The patient will then need to enter their shipping information.


Next, the patient will review their order and select the appropriate shipping method. New: Please note that the patient will be able to go to the previous screen by clicking the 'Prev: Complete Your Prescription' button.

After the patient selects their shipping method, the patient will enter their credit card information. New: Please note that the patient will be able to go to the previous screen by clicking the 'Prev: Shipping Information' button.

 

Once the patient clicks ‘Complete Order’ the practice will receive both an email notification and a notification in CLX that orders are needing verification.
