To add a Doctor in CLX, First select ‘Setup’ from the Main Portal.

From ‘Setup’, select ‘Client Setup’, as shown below.

Next, select ‘Manage Doctors’.

From ‘Manage Doctors’, you will select ‘Create New’.

Next, enter:

1. Doctor’s First Name
2. Doctor’s Last Name
3. Doctor’s Biological Sex
4. The location(s) the Doctor works at. *Please note: If not specifically specified, the Doctor will be available to all locations.
5. Ensure you select the Doctor is active by clicking the check box
6. Select ‘Add New Doctor’

*If you need to edit, remove, or change the location of a doctor, click ‘Change’ to the right of the Doctor’s name as shown below.

Once you click ‘Change’ you can:

1. Edit the name of the Doctor
2. Mark the Doctor as inactive 
3. Add or remove a location
