For the integration CLX will need to be remoted into your server to complete the integration. Once the integration is complete with the catalog name change, you will need to select the “new” products after the integration as old information/names will not transmit.

To prepare for the integration confirm that the following items are true PRIOR to scheduling an integration:

  1. Integration must be done on the server (at this time, we do not integrate with the Cloud)
  2. ADS version must be 10.10.1.49 or higher
  3. CLX Connect is an in-between website we built to help make sure orders flow appropriately. This will be added by CLX at the time of the integration
  4. Integration takes about 2 hours


PLEASE NOTE:  Your catalog will change!!!  


Unless you are using Version 12.3+ With this version, your catalog will remain the same and you will have to use Compulink's catalog 

If you are NOT on Version 12.3 your catalog will be deleted & replaced with names provided by CLX
