A: To add the CLX Order button in OfficeMate first log into OfficeMate Admin. From OfficeMate Admin go to Setup - Preferences - Misc - CLX Integration - OK.

A: If you log into CLX and go to the Dashboard there will be a order status for Rejected orders. Once you click Rejected orders you can click View Error. This will show you the reason as to why the order did not go through.
