The CLX Accelerator Snapshot is an interactive, high-level report containing some of the most valuable metrics of your contact lens business! The report showcases Annual Supply %, Capture Rate, Patients Due to Reorder, and overall CLX Ecommerce Revenue all in one place. This will be automatically sent out monthly, based on your office’s CLX users for whom reporting is enabled.
This is great for practice owners, office managers, or anyone at the office who is responsible for managing your office’s contact lens business – or someone who just wants more insight into the pulse of your contact lens business!

The CLX Accelerator Snapshot is available at no cost for CLX Premium users. To receive the report each month, you must complete a one-time opt in.
To complete your opt in, log into your CLX Account.
- Click Setup on the left hand navigation.
- Click Marketing Setup.
- Click Emailed Report Setup. Please note, only users with ADMIN rights in CLX will be able to navigate to the opt in page.
From this page, click "Add" to add a user to receive your CLX Accelerator Snapshot.
To receive the report, users must have Reporting permission in BOTH:
- Security Group (Figure 2); OR Location-level Reporting enabled (Figure 3)
- AND
- Admin-level Reporting enabled (Figure 4)
Please note:
CLX User must have a valid email address tied to their CLX user (Figure 5)
Users will ONLY see metrics for the location(s) to which they have permission
