It is important that your patients’ most up-to-date contact information is stored in the CLX system to ensure they receive their reorder notifications.


From your CLX dashboard, select Reports>Marketing Reports>Patients Due to Reorder.  You can filter this group using the Filter by Exams dropdown menu featured below.  Select your date range and then click Generate Report



 


 

It is helpful to filter this report by ‘reorder date’ to show you those patients that are due to receive a notification soon.  

 


 

To update a patient’s information, click their Order ID number, and a dialog box will appear.  Click on their name to update their contact information. 


 

 

From here you can update their email address and click Update Account as well as add or change a phone number.
