How To get to the pricing page in CLX:
- On the left side of your dashboard, click Setup > Product Setup > Product Pricing. (Note: if you do not see setup, please click the ‘Back to Portal’ on the top right hand of your screen first).
- The entire Contact Lens Product List/ CLX catalog will display. Click on the Product Type drop down box and filter by Revenue to remove trial-only products. You can also filter by Manufacturer or Modality.
How To update Pricing:
- Enter the price you charge your customer per box in the Price column. When you click out of the box it will highlight in green indicating that the price has saved.
- If you would like the same price in the MyCLReorder Price, MyCLStore Price, and Subscription Price columns, insert the price in the price column, click TAB on your keybord, then click the screen.
- If you would like different pricing in the MyCLReorder Price, MyCLStore Price, and Subscription Price columns, repeat the steps above for each column.
- Optional: You can enter in your whole sale cost. When you click out of the box it will highlight in green indicating that the price has saved.
*Please note if you are using a password extension please ensure you disable it before entering in pricing.
