To search an order for a patient in CLX, first select an office location as indicated on the screen below.

 

This will bring you to your Dashboard. From the Dashboard, you will need to select Order Tracking as shown below.

From Order Tracking, you may search for an order with any of the following criteria:

  • Order Status: This allows you select different order statuses to search for. Select Show All to view all statuses.
  • PO #: Gives the option to search by PO number or Reference number
  • Order Number: Allows the option of entering in the CLX order number
  • Reference Number: Allows the option of entering in the batch number
  • Patient's Last Name: Allows the option to search by last name
  • Patient's Phone Number: Allows the option to search by the patient’s phone number
  • Start Date-End Date: Allows you to enter in the time frame for your search. Please note that the date range will need to be adjusted around the order to see it in CLX.

 

Once you enter the search criteria, select Search Order.

 

 

 

Once you find the order you are looking for, click the CLX order number.

 

 

Once you click the order number, it will give you all the information on the order.

  1. This provides all of the patient information.
  2. This provides the practice’s information.
  3. This shows where the order is being shipped.
  4. This provides the Tracking URL once the order ships from the distributor.
  5. This provides the patient order details.
  6. This provides the order status history from the Supplier. All of the statuses, along with the dates and time stamps, live here.
