Editing an order is available depending on the order status. Below is the recommendation action for editing order for each of the following three order statuses.


  • Initial Order - If an order is in this status, you will still be able to make any changes that are needed. See steps for doing so below.
  • Supplier Processing - Call CLX Customer Success at 314-995-9959 Option 1 or email customerservice@clxsystem.com and we will be able to assist you.  The orders are submitted to distributor every 15 minutes. As long as the order remains in Supplier Processing, CLX Customer Success is able to update the status to Initial Order so any changes to the order that are needed are able to be edited. 
  • Order Acknowledged - If in this status, we recommend calling your distributor for assistance as the order has already been submitted to them for fulfillment. 


How to edit an order in Initial Order Status:


Log into CLX at the location level >Initial Order



Edit the order you are wanting to update



This will allow you to make any changes that are needed.


You will want to make a note of quantity that is on the order as when you select Edit your quantity will disappear. 

Once you have made your changes you will want to select Patient was given trials or Patient was not given trials and Update Exam and Edit Order.



The next screen allows you to enter in your quantity detailing if ordering revenue (REV) or Trials (TRL)


Select whether you are shipping direct to office or patient. Once everything has been completed you are able to select Save for Later which allow you batch your orders or Submit Orders which will send directly to the distributor.
