Log into CLX and select the office location associated with the order. The Order Dashboard view will show you a listing of all order statuses. Orders may show a status of ‘BackOrdered’ and ‘Partially Shipped’.
Selecting Partially Shipped or BackOrdered will show you a list of all orders that are in a back-ordered status. By clicking the order number, you will be able to access the order summary.
Once the order number has been selected, you are able to view the Order Status History.
If you are looking for an estimated time frame of when the order will ship, contact your distributor directly. Your distributor’s phone number and your account number are listed on your CLX dashboard.
What is the difference between ‘BackOrdered’ and ‘Partially Shipped’?
- ‘BackOrdered’ means that your entire order is on backorder.
- ‘Partially Shipped’ means that one eye is in stock and the other eye is on backorder.
