Log into the location level of CLX and select Order Tracking. This allows you to search for the order and view the current status.


You are able to search for the patient or order with any of the following criteria:

  • Order Status: This allows you select different order statuses to search under. Select Show All to view all statuses.
  • PO # : Gives the option to search by PO number or Reference number
  • Order Number: Allows the option of entering in the order number
  • Reference Number: Allows the option of entering in the batch number
  • Patient's Last Name: Allows the option to search by last name
  • Patient's First Name: Allows the option to search by first name
  • Start Date-End Date: Allows to enter in the time frame for your search




Once the search information has been entered in and Search Orders has been selected, your search results will display.



Invoice & Tracking Information will display a URL to view the tracking information for your order. Once selected, this will direct you to the UPS or Fedex website to view tracking and transit information.


View current and past statuses of the order under Order Status History.
